  • Setting up government-funded training for the apprentice
  • Employing the apprentice direct - you don't need to worry about contracts, payroll, tax, National Insurance, administration. We will support you with performance management and take responsibility for Health & Safety, Safeguarding and all HR matters
  • Flexibility - if things change, you can choose not to continue with the apprenticeship
  • Full support of a dedicated Apprenticeship Account Manager for the duration of the placement
