Advanced Business Administration Apprentice in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

This Advanced (Level 3) apprenticeship role will provide business and administration support for a variety of projects within the Councils Supervised Contact Centre team (Children & Families), based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Some of the main duties will include; Supporting the Supervised Contact Centre co-ordinator with organising calendars for families, social work units and sessional workers / ensure monthly calendars of contact sessions are sent out each month in a timely manner to various important contacts / Upload contact calendars onto Livelink and record case notes / Receiving and making telephone calls and taking messages / Arranging meetings, taking notes and distributing supporting papers, as required.

Excellent business administration is crucial for the smooth running of any business or department. If you are able to plan and prioritise everyday workloads, have great attention to detail, are reliable and able to effectively communicate with people of all ages then this qualification will help enhance your skills.
