This Advanced (Level 3) Business and Administration Apprenticeship role is based within the Civic and Ceremonial Services Team based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire providing administrative support. This is a varied role to support the team to hold events within Buckinghamshire area, everyday will be different with new challenges and things to learn. Duties to include: assisting with the administration of events (i.e. Armed Forces Day, Paralympics Flame Lighting), attending and assisting at events, arranging meetings, working with other professionals such as The High Sheriff to The Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, writing itinerary for events, assisting with the Team’s social media, researching and analysing prospective companies to help with income generation and contributing ideas.
An Advanced Business and Administration Apprenticeship will give you the knowledge and skills to work and build a career in a variety of different sectors. Excellent business administration is crucial for the smooth running of any business or department. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, great attention to detail, very good IT/social media skills and are a good team player then this qualification will help enhance your skills.
