When can I start my Apprenticeship?

You can start your Apprenticeship anytime after you have left school and before your 25th birthday; however you must also have a National Insurance Number.

Your start date will not be tied to term times like in school or college. It can begin during any month and usually starts on a Monday.  Of course, you cannot start until a company has been found that is willing to host you for your apprenticeship.

The Host Companies

It is important we find you the right opportunity in the right Host Company. We will work hard on your behalf to find a company, or companies if necessary.

Finding a Host Company Yourself

However you can also talk to a business yourself. We can advise you how to approach a business about becoming an apprentice with them.
