This apprenticeship opportunity is in the Supporter Care team of an environmental campaigning organisation based in Luton, Bedfordshire. The main function of this team is to deliver outstanding levels of service to supporters, potential supporters and to internal and external partners. This will include; first line phone contact, data maintenance, fundraising, incoming emails, data capture for campaigns and financial processing of donations.

An Intermediate Business and Administration Apprenticeship will give you the knowledge and skills to work and build a career in a variety of different sectors. Excellent business administration is crucial for the smooth running of any business or department. If you have experience of managing your own work and time, effective communication skills and experience of word and other IT software then this qualification will help enhance your skills.
