This is a chance to support the existing ICT team members consisting of the Systems Manager, Network Manager and ICT Technician. You will gain some enviable work experience alongside the IT Apprenticeship in Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals qualification. Duties will include; web application user account maintenance, answering the telephone and logging issues, video and audio conversion, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, printer maintenance and projector maintenance.
The Intermediate IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals Apprenticeship provides learners with the knowledge and skills within telecoms and IT. Areas covered include customer care, system security, managing software development and helping companies set up new systems. If you already have an organised approach, excellent time management skills, computer literacy and good typing skills and good accuracy and attention to detail then this could be the qualification to enhance your IT skills.
There may be the opportunity for a proven hard-working and skilled apprentice to gain a permanent position within the school on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
You will be working with a large secondary school in Worthing, West Sussex.
