Congratulations to our apprentice, Chloe Nicholas, who has completed her Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration with one of our valued 'Host Companies' in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Apprentice Experience - Chloe:
"The highlight of my apprenticeship was the workshops and getting know the other apprentices. It was really good getting help and sharing comments with them. I learnt a lot about myself and my own working style, which helped in building my confidence. My plan now is to complete the Business Admin L3 apprenticeship and I hope to get a distinction. I worked on the National Apprenticeship week social media project and the Bucks Innovation summit where we had to present ideas for the special education needs department, the ideas presented are actually going ahead. The biggest obstacle was overcoming my confidence issues."
Host Company Comments:
"Having Chloe as our apprentice has been rewarding, productive and positive for the team and Chloe. It has been great to see her develop and gain confidence and learn skills which hopefully she can take forward in her new roles. I would certainly recommend teams to have apprentices and I would definitely take another apprentice on when the time is right."
Training Provider Comments:
"Chloe worked hard to get her Business Admin L2 completed and has grown in confidence and ability. She has been able to secure her new apprenticeship for Level 3 and I am confident she will achievement excellent results."
We are so pleased that Chloe has now progressed to the Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship with the same 'Host Company' and Training Provider in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
