The Exam Results Helpline goes live on 14th August to coincide with the publication of certain vocational results. It will remain live throughout August, covering A level results day on 15th August and GCSE results day on 22nd August. This year the National Careers Service have partnered with Mental Health UK to help students tackle exam results stress, with the charity providing tips on mental health wellbeing.

Callers to the helpline will have direct access to advice on all the different options available to them including A levels, GCSEs, BTECs, apprenticeships and other vocational options. As part of their awareness raising campaign, they have created three new social channels that went live on the 1st August:
