Join our Team - Employer Engagement Consultant, South East England

SEAC is a well-established Apprenticeship Training Agency approved by the National Apprenticeship Service with a wealth of experience in placing apprentices in wide ranging businesses across the East and South East. We provide a fully managed apprenticeship service incorporating the recruitment and employment of apprentices and brokerage of training on behalf of our “Host Companies” with which the apprentices work on a placement basis for the duration of their training. 

We now have a vacancy for a full time Employer Engagement Consultant to work across the Kent, London and the wider South East area to identify and engage with employers in order to generate apprenticeship placement opportunities. You will be required to generate your own leads via field sales, cold / warm calls, create and take advantage of networking opportunities and attend meetings with decision makers to discuss their training needs and secure new employer accounts.

Along with being an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) you will need to have strong sales, negotiation and networking skills and a proven track record of winning new business.  You will also be used to working to and driven by achieving/exceeding targets.  Experience of apprenticeships and government funding would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. A full clean driving licence and own vehicle is required.

Salary according to experience, circa £25k- £27k per annum.
