The SEAC team are proud to announce that James Forshaw, who is an Apprentice Project Management Coordinator on placement with 3M, has been awarded Apprentice of the Month for December.
Work place supervisor at 3M, Emma Sparling, nominated James in recognition of the high standard of his work:
“James has a very high standard of work and takes pride in what he does, making sure he finds the correct resolution to a problem. He has become very adept at resolving issues for customers and sourcing the correct team to help him. He has developed into an excellent problem solver.”
“James is a joy to work with, he has a great attitude to work and is always willing to assist his colleagues. He has noticeably matured in the way he works alongside his colleagues and this is greatly to his credit. He continually seeks to improve his knowledge of his role and extend his activities - actively taking on new responsibilities and bringing ideas to the table of how to manage projects he is working on.”
Well done and Congratulations James!
