We had a tough decision to make this month with some amazing nominations, in the end we decided that both Joe and Kai deserved to win as Apprentice of the month for January.
Joe is a Teaching Assistant Apprentice on placement with St Augustine Junior School and was nominated for this award by his Work Place Supervisor, Lindsay Potter:
“Joe always works to the best of his ability. He shows initiative and has an excellent rapport with the children. Joes understanding and ability to carry out the role are outstanding. He picks up new things very well and adapts quickly.”
“Joe has shown significant improvement over the term. He is always positive and calm, even in the face of some difficult behaviour from his 1-1 pupils. He is a team player and helps out colleagues regularly. Joe is an outstanding TA and has a natural ability at the job.”
Kai is a Process Control Technician Apprentice on placement with The University of Greenwich and was nominated for this award by his Work Place Supervisor, Tony Kelly:
“Kai’s standard of work is exceptional, he always works to a high standard gets on with everyone well, and always willing to get involved. Over the time at the University Kai’s ability has significantly improved and he can be left alone to carrying out tasks.”

Well done and Congratulations to both Joe and Kai!
