This is a chance to become an important team member providing first line support to clients which will give you a fantastic chance to gain some enviable work experience alongside the Apprenticeship qualification. You will start this IT role based in Barnet, London by learning about logging and closing calls by phone and email for a variety of clients. You will progress to providing first line support over the telephone and via remote tools and eventually will have a chance to further your career through a desktop support or applications support role.
The Advanced IT, Software, Web & Telecoms Professionals Apprenticeship provides learners with the knowledge and skills within telecoms and IT. Areas covered include customer care, system security, managing software development and helping companies set up new systems. If you already have a familiarity with common software (Windows, Microsoft Office) and common hardware (Laptops, PCs, Printers), can work well in a team but also use initiative to work independently then this could be the qualification suited to your skill set.

You will be working with a market leading IT services business based in Barnet, London who pride themselves in delivering quality IT services by keeping their clients as their main focus. They provide outsourced and managed IT services to clients, primarily Insurance companies and Housing Associations. They also have a data centre, can do website development, consultancy, procurement and IT resourcing. To work with this company you MUST have a passion for IT and good interpersonal skills.
You will gain a recognised qualification and work experience whilst being supported in the workplace by the staff at the Host Company, a dedicated SEAC Apprenticeship Account Manager and Training Assessor.
